Orchestra meal plan
26 meals from arrival to departure. Arranged by the coordinator.
Continental breakfast is at the hotel — no need to arrange it. Lunch by noon, dinner before 6 pm, and tea / coffee / snacks stay out through each rehearsal day. Deliver to the orchestra at the Guru's house (4712 Perth Dr, Naperville IL 60564) on practice days, or at Super 8 by Wyndham (Aurora/Naperville). Jul 18 dinner is at Nithela's Arangetram; Jul 19 tea & dinner are at the venue.

Orchestra rides plan
0 pick-ups & drop-offs, arrival through departure. Arranged by the coordinator.
Rides run between the orchestra's stay — Super 8 by Wyndham / the Guru's house — and each day's practice or the venue. Same Lead, Helper and 🛡 Backup roles as the rest of the plan; one person can take a day's pick-up and another the drop-off.
